Job summary

Vail Resorts in Pennsylvania seeks certified ski/snowboard instructors for winter seasonal roles. You will teach group and private lessons to guests of all ages, delivering exceptional service in a safe, fun environment.

Eligible candidates hold PSIA/AASI Level 1 or ISIA, are fluent in English, and can work weekends/holidays. Training and safety standards must be met. Housing may be available, with a seasonal employment type for 2026/27.

Qualifications

• PSIA/AASI Level 1 certification or ISIA equivalent and above.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Willing to work weekends/holidays and meet scheduling requirements.
• Placement as an instructor is contingent upon successful training and meeting safety standards.

Job Specifications:

• Starting Wage:$21.00/hr - $64.34/hr
• Pay range reflects minimum base wages; instructors may have opportunities to earn more withadditionalteaching incentives
• Employment Type:Winter Seasonal 2026/2027.
• Shift Type:Part Timehours available.For Full-Time Instructors, a 40-hour workweek is not guaranteed. Scheduled hours will vary depending on business volume.

Job Requirements:

• MinimumPSIA/AASI instructor Level 1 certificationorISIAequivalent and above
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English
• Must be willing to work with guests of all ages and have a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and older
• Must be willing to work weekends/holidaysand meet minimum scheduling requirements.
• Placement as an instructor is contingent upon successfully completing training and meeting the minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards.

The expected pay range is$21.00/hr - $64.34/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
