Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist for a full-time night shift in Tavares, Florida. You will provide respiratory care across neonate to geriatric patients, set up ventilators, administer therapies, and document care in the EMR.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; NBRC credential pathway preferred.
• State CRT or RRT certification required.
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS credentials required.
• Experience in respiratory therapy across age groups preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers respiratory therapy treatments and monitors responses.
• Sets up and monitors ventilators and airway management.
• Performs ABG puncture and analysis; maintains sterile technique.
• Documents patient data in the EMR and ensures accurate records.
• Maintains infection control and department sterilization procedures.
