Job summary

AdventHealth in Orlando, FL seeks a skilled Respiratory Therapist to provide therapy, manage ventilators, and perform ABG testing across age groups. You will document in EMR, participate in rounds, and respond to code blue events as part of a collaborative care team.

Requirements include NBRC credentials, BLS, and Florida licensure; neonatal or pediatric experience is a plus. The role is full-time, on-site with night shift options.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy required.
• NBRC credential and state license required/active.
• Experience with adult, pediatric, and neonatal care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform respiratory therapy treatments per physician orders and protocol.
• Set up and monitor invasive and non-invasive ventilation and ABG analysis.
• Respond to rapid response and code blue events.
• Document patient care in the EMR and participate in rounds.
