We are currently seeking experienced Appraisers in multiple markets. Conduct an unbiased and impartial assessment of market areas, analyze data, and develop an estimate of property value in accordance with guidelines. Excellent analytical and narrative writing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage and/or appraisal environments.
• Ability to analyze data and summarize results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducts unbiased assessments of market areas and property data to develop value estimates.
• Documents on-site assessments with photographs, measurements and comparable sales values.
• Draws land diagrams and creates visual documentation.
• Considers factors affecting value including land, neighborhoods, trends and features.
• Generates fee quotes and presents evaluations to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborates with Lead Appraiser to improve processes and meet timelines.
