Hussmann is seeking qualified HVAC/R Technicians to maintain, diagnose and repair refrigeration systems in supermarkets and convenience stores. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
• Must have valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with basic maintenance tasks and use of hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform prescribed, routine maintenance on supermarket refrigeration systems and self-contained merchandisers.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC/R equipment with some direction from a Master or Lead Technician.
• Complete work tickets and time sheets, using a hand-held computer for invoicing.
• Maintain truck inventory and follow fleet maintenance guidelines.
• Develop and maintain customer relations and clearly explain equipment issues.
