Cube Care Company in the United States is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Certified Public Accountant to manage financial reporting, ensure compliance, and provide strategic insights from a remote setting. You will analyze records, conduct audits, reconcile accounts, and coordinate with tax accountants, while maintaining confidentiality and supporting procurement and logistics activities.

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's/College Degree in relevant field.
• Proven work experience as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Preferably experienced in US Accounting System.
• Familiarity with accounting applications, modules, and financial statements.
• Motivation to exceed expectations while working independently.
• Friendly, fast learner with a can-do attitude.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google, and Teams.
• Experience in Procurement and Logistics industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy in documents, expenditures, and investments.
• Perform daily reconciliation of credit card, bank, cash, and spending accounts.
• Set up financial accounts as needed.
• Oversee ledger reconciliation and manage accounts payable/receivables.
• Liaise with Tax Accountants to track tax payments and returns.
• Monitor bookkeeping activities regularly.
• Keep company financial information confidential.
• Ensure vendor accounts are up to date for the organization.

Job Description

We are looking for detail-oriented and proactive REMOTE CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS to manage financial reporting, ensure compliance, and provide strategic insights that drive smarter business decisions. • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Teams, etc.
• Experience in Procurement and Logistics industry is a plus.

• Computer Operating System: Windows 10 or Mac OSX - No Linux, Unix, or any operating system other than what is required.
• Internet Speed: Running on a 5.0 MBPS plan or higher (Both primary and backup) - If your backup connection cannot serve as your primary connection, that does not qualify as a backup connection
