Life Time, Inc. in Edina, MN is seeking passionate Personal Trainers who build relationships with members to inspire healthier, happier lives. You’ll create safe, effective client programs, deliver guided workouts, and champion exceptional service aligned with the Life Time brand.

This role combines hands-on coaching with administrative tasks and sales of training packages. Expect commissions from programs, plus base pay at law minimum wage for hours worked.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Certified personal Trainer.
• CPR and AED Certified.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class and lift up to 50 pounds.
• CPR and AED Certified.

Responsabilidades

• Develops client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Instructs clients on safe use of cardio, flexibility and strength equipment.
• Conducts fitness consultations including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Provides fitness floor assistance and motivates members.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
• Completes all administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Keeps credentials current and advances through levels program.
