Life Time Inc. in Eagan, MN is seeking a Certified Personal Trainer to empower members toward happier, healthier lives. You will design safe, effective programs, coach clients through sessions, and promote fitness services while delivering outstanding customer service.

This role requires at least 1 year of experience, CPR/AED, and a HS diploma. Full-time team members receive health benefits, a subsidized membership, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Certified personal Trainer.
• CPR and AED Certified.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Develops safe, professional client programs that drive goal achievement and retention.
• Monitors clients during sessions on safe use of cardio, flexibility and strength equipment.
• Conducts fitness consultations including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Provides fitness floor assistance to ensure safety, education, and motivation.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services; completes all admin requirements.
• Keeps credentials current and advances through levels of certification.
