You’ll conduct fitness consultations, monitor progress, and stay current with certifications. The role offers growth within a wellness-focused team and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of personal training experience preferred.
• Certified personal Trainer required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Monitors and instructs clients during sessions on safe use of cardio, flexibility, and strength training equipment.
• Conducts fitness consultations with new clients including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Provides fitness floor assistance to ensure safety, education, and motivation.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
• Documents all aspects of client programming and progress.
• Remains current on credentials and continuing education to advance within the levels program.
