Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Personal Trainer to design safe, effective programs, coach clients, and foster a motivating fitness environment at our Minnesota location. You will assess clients, conduct consultations, and guide workouts, ensuring safety and client satisfaction.

The role offers a commission-based pay structure (10%–60% of product sales) with a baseline minimum wage per hour, plus benefits, paid training, and opportunities to advance through certifications.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Reading and following required training associated with the role.
• Ability to supervise and guide members during training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs to achieve goals and retention.
• Instruct clients on safe use of equipment during sessions.
• Conduct fitness consultations including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Provide fitness floor assistance and motivate members.
• Promote and sell personal training programs and services.
• Complete all administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Stay current on credentials and continuing education.
