Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of personal training experience.
• Certified personal Trainer with CPR/AED.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition, and program design.
• Ability to perform aerobic activity for session duration and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive goal achievement and retention.
• Monitors and instructs clients during sessions on safe use of cardiovascular, flexibility and strength equipment.
• Conducts fitness consultations including pre-participation screening and goal setting to assess and recommend programs.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
• Documents all aspects of client programming and stays current on credentials.
