Qualifications

• Must hold a Certified Personal Trainer credential.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of personal training experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Monitors clients during sessions on safe use of cardio, flexibility and strength equipment.
• Reads, watches, and engages in required role training.
• Conducts fitness consultations including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Provides fitness floor assistance to ensure safety and motivate members.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Remains current on credentials and continuing education.
