Job summary

Connections Health Solutions in Kirkland is seeking a Recovery Support Specialist (RSS) for part-time nights to facilitate recovery and provide behavioral health crisis care. You will support individuals in crisis and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure effective treatment and recovery pathways.

The ideal candidate holds a Certified Peer Counselor (CPC) certification and has a background in behavioral health recovery. This role offers comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical interventions.
• Individuals with lived experience in behavioral health recovery are preferred.
• Must be able to obtain a Food Handlers Card for Washington.

Responsibilities

• Act as an active facilitator in individual recovery.
• Work cohesively with the multi-disciplinary team.
• Document encounters in the Electronic Health Record.
