Job summary

The Cowlitz Indian Tribe is seeking a Peer Support Specialist (CPSS credential in Washington State) to provide recovery-oriented support in outpatient behavioral health services in Longview, WA. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in identifying recovery goals through 1-1 and group sessions.
• Connect clients with in-house and community resources for treatment plans.
• Advocate for clients to access housing, transportation, and services.
• Document contacts and progress in accordance with policies and HIPAA.
• Model recovery behavior and maintain professional boundaries.
