Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance in activities of daily living to promote patient health and comfort.
• Collects vital signs, input/output, and other delegated measurements per policy.
• Reports health status changes to a licensed professional and communicates status to other caregivers.
• Assists with procedures and uses equipment under supervision of licensed staff.
• Performs receptionist/clerical duties to support department operations.
