Job summary

Banner Health in Casper, Wyoming seeks a Certified Patient Care Assistant for our Surgical Unit. The role includes 3 twelve‑hour night shifts per week (6:00 PM–6:30 AM) with a $5,000 sign‑on and 12‑month commitment. You’ll assist with ADLs, ambulation, and pre/post‑operative care under supervision.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma/GED, valid BLS, and active CNA in the state of practice. Banner Health offers Total Rewards and supportive team culture.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and promote patient health.
• Record vital signs and document data in the medical record.
• Communicate changes in patient status to licensed professionals.
• Support unit procedures with supplies and basic tasks.
• Perform receptionist/clerical duties to support smooth operations.
• Maintain patient records and ensure forms are accessible.
• Keep supplies stock and assist with ordering as needed.
• Assist with patient transport and OR turnover when applicable.
• Work under supervision in a fast-paced clinical setting.
