Job summary

Winland Foods, Inc. in Buckner, KY is seeking a Certified Packaging Team Member for the 3rd shift Line 2. The role involves operating packaging equipment, quality checks, and maintaining safety standards.

You will work Sundays to Thursdays 10:00pm-6:30am, with shift differential and benefits; requires high school diploma, 1 year manufacturing experience, forklift cert preferred; training available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in manufacturing or food production.
• Forklift certification preferred (required for Advanced Level); willingness to obtain certification if not already held.
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic packaging machinery (depalletizers, palletizers, conveyors, fillers, case packers, box machines, unscramblers).
• Perform equipment changeovers and address operational issues quickly.
• Use SAP, IQS, MII, and Weaver to keep packaging flowing and record data.
