Winland Foods in Buckner, KY is seeking a Certified Packaging Team Member for the 2nd shift. You will operate and monitor packaging equipment, ensure safety and quality, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced production setting.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2:00pm-10:30pm. Location: 1 Quality Place, Buckner, KY 40010. Hourly pay: $24.02 per hour plus shift differential; benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with match, STD/LTD/AD&D/Life, HSA, FSA, EAP, and more.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic packaging machinery (depalletizers, palletizers, conveyors, fillers, case packers, box machines, unscramblers, etc).
• Complete equipment changeovers and address operational issues quickly.
