Qualifications

• Must have an OTA degree from an accredited program.
• 0-1 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help patients with exercises and adaptive techniques to improve independence.
• Document patient responses and progress for supervising OT.
• Educate patients and families on home exercises and progress strategies.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Support OT in evaluating patient needs and progress.
