Qualifications

• Experience training peers or groups desirable.
• Experience facilitating training or presentations to groups of students (5+ people) desirable.
• Must be self-motivated, highly detail-oriented and organized.

• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Support functional training of new hires.
• Evaluate performance and make recommendations on training.
• Conduct departmental on-the-floor training and cross-training.
• Collaborate on identifying training material updates.
• Act as a point-of-contact for new hires.
