You will conduct on-the-floor training, evaluate performance, and assist with various onboarding activities. Qualifications

• Experience training peers or groups desirable.
• Experience facilitating training or presentations to groups of students (5+ people) desirable.
• Must be self-motivated, highly detail-oriented and organized.
• Written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

• Support functional training of new hires.
• Conduct departmental on-the-floor training for hourly associates.
• Evaluate performance and recommend improvements.
• Ensure timely completion of training documentation.
• Act as a point-of-contact for new hires.
• Collaborate on updating training materials.
