Qualifications

• Experience training peers or groups desirable.
• Experience facilitating training or presentations to groups of students (5+ people) desirable.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and fast-paced situations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-the-floor training and cross-training for all hourly associates.
• Evaluate performance and provide training recommendations.
• Assist with onboarding activities and maintain training documentation.
