Qualifications

• Experience training peers or groups desirable.
• Experience facilitating training or presentations to groups (5+ people) desirable.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct departmental on-the-floor training and cross-training for all associates.
• Evaluate performance and make recommendations on performance.
• Ensure all training documentation is completed properly and timely.
• Act as a point-of-contact to support new hires.
