Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Therapy Assistant to provide intermittent professional services in a home health setting. Responsibilities include administering therapy and teaching patients and families according to the care plan.

Qualified candidates will have an approved therapy assistant program, state licensure, CPR, and at least one year of experience. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• At least one year experience as a licensed therapy assistant.
• Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer therapy services to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
