Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed therapy assistant to administer therapy services to patients in home health settings. You will educate patients and families and collaborate with the health care team to follow the established plan of care.

Qualified candidates hold an LTA license, have at least one year of relevant experience, and can operate mobile devices to document care and communication with the team.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed therapy assistant.

Responsibilities

• Administer therapy services to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
