Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Therapy Assistant to administer intermittent therapy services to patients in the home setting. You will educate patients and families, work with a care team, and follow physician orders per the plan of care.

Requirements include graduation from an approved clinical education program and active licensure, with at least one year of TA experience. Mobility and transportation are required for patient visits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Currently licensed in the practicing state.
• At least one year of experience as a licensed therapy assistant.
• Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
• Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer therapy services to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
