Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed therapy assistant to support patients requiring intermittent professional services in the home setting. You will administer therapy services and coordinate with the physician’s orders and the plan of care.

You will also educate patients, families, and other health-care team members, ensuring safe transport and adherence to care plans while maintaining compassionate, high-quality care in a home-based environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed therapy assistant.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer therapy services to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
