Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Licensed Therapy Assistant to administer therapy services to patients in home settings under physician orders and the plan of care. You will educate patients and families, coordinate with the healthcare team, and help implement the POC with compassionate, high-quality care.

The role requires graduation from an approved school of clinical education, state licensure, and at least one year of licensed therapy assistant experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved school of clinical education and hold a current state license.
• Minimum one year of experience as a licensed therapy assistant.
• Basic technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer therapy services to patients per physician orders and the plan of care.
• Teach the patient, family, and other health care team members.
• Document and coordinate care as part of the established plan of care.
