Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a qualified Therapy Assistant to administer intermittent therapy services at patients’ homes. You will educate patients and their families and collaborate with the health care team to implement the plan of care.

Requirements include graduation from an approved clinical education program, active license in the practice state, at least one year of licensed therapy assistant experience, and basic tech skills for mobile devices.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they practice.
• At least one year of experience as a licensed therapy assistant.
• Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer therapy services to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
