Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Therapy Assistant to provide intermittent therapy services at the patient’s home. You will educate patients and families and collaborate with the care team to follow the physician’s orders and the plan of care.

Candidates must be licensed in their state, have completed an approved clinical education program, and hold at least one year of licensed therapy assistant experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed therapy assistant.
• Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer therapy services to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
