Flagstar Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for our Skilled Nursing Facility teams in NYC and Long Island. You will work with a multi-disciplinary group to deliver targeted therapy and patient/family education to improve function and cognition.

Qualifications

• Current NYS OTA license and registration required.
• EMR proficiency and accurate documentation for SNF care.
• Must meet state medical documentation requirements for SNF work.

Now Staffing Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for Rehab Departments throughout NYC and Long Island.

Hourly Pay Rate: $34-$36 Hourly (W-2), $38-$40 Hourly (1099)

Occupational Therapist Assistant Job Duties:

• Collaborate daily with OT Supervisor and follow established Plan of Care for all patients.

• Provide quality therapy services to individuals in a SNF setting, who require care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnosis.

• Monitor and document patient progress with the use of innovative EMR software.

• Current NYS OTA License and Registration
