Flagstar Nursing seeks Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants (COTA) to join rehab departments across NYC and Long Island. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver therapy, educate patients and families, and improve daily functioning in a SNF setting.

Hourly pay ranges from $34 to $40 depending on W-2 or 1099 status. Benefits include paid orientation, time off, family medical coverage, vision, commuter benefits, and weekly pay. Various flexible scheduling options are available.

Qualificações

• Current NYS OTA License and Registration.
• EMR competence and proper documentation.
• State-required medical documentation for work in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Flagstar Nursing is Seeking Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants (COTA) for Skilled Nursing Facilities!

Now Staffing Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for Rehab Departments throughout NYC and Long Island.

Flagstar Rehab COTAs work with a diverse and multi-disciplinary team to perform treatments and patient/family education to improve the physicality and cognition of their patients and positively impact their ability to function in their daily lives.

Hourly Pay Rate: $34-$36 Hourly (W-2), $38-$40 Hourly (1099)

Occupational Therapist Assistant Job Duties:

• Collaborate daily with OT Supervisor and follow established Plan of Care for all patients.
• Provide quality therapy services to individuals in a SNF setting, who require care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnosis.
• Monitor and document patient progress with the use of innovative EMR software.
