Job summary

Linden Place Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation in Greensboro, NC, is seeking a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a part-time role in our rehab team. Under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will help implement care plans and guide residents through therapeutic activities to promote mobility and independence.

The position requires a current North Carolina license, an accredited OTA program, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current state license/registration as a COTA.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with patient movement.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care and exercises based on treatment plans created by the OT.
• Assist residents with activities that support daily living and independence.

• Educate residents, families, and staff on at-home and restorative programs.

Are you a compassionate and licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant ready to make a meaningful impact? Linden Place is seeking a Part-Time COTA to join our rehab team and support residents on their journey to independence and improved quality of life.

Position Summary:

As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you’ll work closely under the direction of an Occupational Therapist to help implement care plans, guide residents through therapeutic activities, and promote recovery and mobility in a supportive long-term care setting.
