Job summary

Imperial Healthcare NJ is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team and improve residents' independence, mobility, and daily living skills.

This part-time / per diem role supports the Occupational Therapist with treatment plans, guides exercises, tracks progress, and educates residents and families on therapy techniques.

You will work in a compassionate, patient-centered environment that values teamwork and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey COTA license.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Skilled nursing or healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused attitude.
