Job summary

Willow Terrace, a Premier Healthcare, LLC facility in Philadelphia, is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for full-time work. You will support residents in achieving greater independence with daily activities under a licensed Occupational Therapist.

As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will implement treatment plans, assist with ADLs and therapeutic exercises, monitor progress, and maintain accurate documentation to enhance resident safety and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current COTA license or eligibility in the applicable state.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Willow Terrace is hiring a Full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support residents in achieving greater independence with daily activities.

Role Overview

Under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, the COTA will provide skilled treatment services that help residents improve function, safety, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Carry out treatment plans established by the Occupational Therapist.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, therapeutic exercise, adaptive equipment, and functional tasks.
• Monitor resident response to treatment and report progress to the supervising therapist.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
• Partner with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current COTA license or eligibility to practice in the applicable state.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation abilities.
