Job summary

Stfrancis in Colorado Springs is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide pediatric outpatient therapy. You will work one-to-one with children, building strong relationships with families while collaborating with OTs, Speech, PT, and ABA professionals in a multidisciplinary team.

The role includes gradual caseload growth with mentorship and a structured supervision plan, aiming to maintain high-quality care and professional development within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited COTA program.
• NBCOT certification.
• Colorado DORA COTA license or ability to obtain within 3 months.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay ranging from $30 to $32 with guaranteed pay regardless of cancellations.
• Annual productivity bonus up to $9,000.
