Job summary

Shine BrightX LLC is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide pediatric outpatient therapy. You will conduct 30–60 minute one-to-one sessions and help build strong relationships with clients and their caregivers.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including OTs, SLPs, PTs, and ABA specialists. The role includes mentorship, gradual caseload ramp-up, and a structured supervision plan to support your professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate degree in a COTA program.
• NBCOT certification required.
• Colorado DORA COTA license or ability to obtain within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric outpatient therapy in 30–60 minute one-to-one sessions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (OTs, COTAs, Speech, PT, ABA).
• Gradually ramp caseload with supervision and mentorship.
• Maintain a productivity expectation of 75% of the workweek.

• Hourly pay ranging from $30 to $32 with guaranteed pay regardless of cancellations.
