Rossmoor Post Acute in Walnut Creek, CA is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in‑house rehabilitation team. You will assist residents to improve their functional abilities under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.

New graduates are welcome and mentorship is provided. We offer competitive compensation at $45–$52 per hour, DOE, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for collaborating with residents, families and the care team.
• Resident-centered approach focused on improving independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the direction of the supervising OT (OTR).

• Maintain accurate documentation per practice standards.

Compensation: $45–$52 per hour, DOE. Setting: Stable, In-House Rehabilitation Program.

Your Role & Impact

As a COTA, you’ll work under the direction of the supervising Occupational Therapist to help residents improve their functional abilities, independence, and quality of life.
