Rossmoor Post Acute in Walnut Creek, CA is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. This full-time role offers mentorship, teamwork, and a supportive environment focused on exceptional resident care.

We welcome new graduates and provide hands-on mentorship. The compensation ranges from $45.00 to $52.00 per hour depending on experience, with a stable in-house therapy program and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic treatments under the direction of the supervising Occupational Therapist (OTR).
• Help residents improve daily living skills, independence, and overall function.
• Accurately document treatments and resident progress in compliance with state practice standards.
• Collaborate closely with nursing staff, restorative aides, therapists, and families.
• Support discharge planning through caregiver education and home program instruction.
