Job summary

Moraga Post Acute in Moraga, California is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team on a part-time / PRN basis. You will provide OT services under the supervision of a licensed OT, help residents improve strength and independence, and contribute to individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

  • Current COTA certification and applicable state licensure/registration.
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
  • Previous experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Compassionate and professional approach to resident care.

Responsibilities

Join Our Rehabilitation Team! Moraga Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team on a Part-Time/PRN basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
  • Assist residents with activities designed to improve strength, coordination, mobility, and independence.
