Job summary

PACS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in Florida, following care plans and directions from supervisors. Duties include identifying residents with wristbands, recording observations, and supporting daily activities.

This role emphasizes accurate documentation, privacy of health information, patient safety, and teamwork with nursing staff. Competitive pay range starts at $15 per hour with additional shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant preferred (CPR may be required).

Responsibilities

• Identify residents with wristband before tasks and treatments.
• Record entries on flow sheets and charts using authorized abbreviations.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information.
• Assist with daily activities and positioning of residents as instructed.
• Support resident comfort and safe transfer between rooms.
