Job summary

Asante in Grants Pass, Oregon is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join a top healthcare system. This 0.9 FTE role operates on a variable night schedule with generous shift differentials and is performed under RN supervision to ensure quality patient care.

The CNA will collaborate with CNAs and RNs, promote safety, and participate in patient satisfaction while documenting responses and delivering clear teaching interventions.

SalaryRange:$19.27 - $26.50

Shift Differentials:

• $1.21/hr. for working between 3:00pm - 11:00pm
• $2.05/hr. for working between 11:01pm and 7:00am
• $1.05/hr. extra for working weekends

Position Summary

ACertified Nursing Assistantisresponsible and accountable for their practice for assigned patient(s), contributing to the utilization of the nursing process, under the supervision and direction of the RN, and performs all duties in accordance with department policies and procedures and scope of practice.We are seeking a CNA to join a top healthcare system. What You’ll Do

Position Qualifications

Certifications/Licensure

• CNA certified by the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) is required upon start.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association (AHA) is required upon start.

Work Environment/Physical Requirements

• This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis – such as transferring a patient in and out of a bed. The ability to bend, stretch, twist, and perform other awkward physical movements is also required.
