Job summary

Asante is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join its care team in Medford, Oregon. This on-call CNA role supports the 3rd shift (nights) with shift differentials and a partial FTE of 0.15. The CNA will work under RN supervision to deliver compassionate patient care and document outcomes, while upholding Asante’s values.

The position emphasizes patient safety, effective communication, and collaboration with CNAs and RNs to enhance patient satisfaction in a top healthcare system.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required by Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association (AHA) required on start.

Shift Differentials:

• $1.21/hr. for working between 3:00pm - 11:00pm
• $2.05/hr. for working between 11:01pm and 7:00am
• $1.05/hr. extra for working weekends

Position Summary

ACertified Nursing Assistantisresponsible and accountable for their practice for assigned patient(s), contributing to the utilization of the nursing process, under the supervision and direction of the RN, and performs all duties in accordance with department policies and procedures and scope of practice.We are seeking a CNA to join a top healthcare system. Certifications/Licensure

Work Environment/Physical Requirements

• This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis – such as transferring a patient in and out of a bed. The ability to bend, stretch, twist, and perform other awkward physical movements is also required.
