Asante in Grants Pass, Oregon seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant for a 0.9 FTE, full-time 3rd shift (nights). The role supports RN-driven patient care under supervision, with a focus on safety, comfort, and effective teaching to patients and families.

SalaryRange: $19.27 - $26.50

Shift Differentials:

• $1.21/hr. for working between 3:00pm - 11:00pm
• $2.05/hr. for working between 11:01pm and 7:00am
• $1.05/hr. extra for working weekends

Position Summary

ACertified Nursing Assistantisresponsible and accountable for their practice for assigned patient(s), contributing to the utilization of the nursing process, under the supervision and direction of the RN, and performs all duties in accordance with department policies and procedures and scope of practice.We are seeking a CNA to join a top healthcare system. Work Environment/Physical Requirements

• This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis – such as transferring a patient in and out of a bed. The ability to bend, stretch, twist, and perform other awkward physical movements is also required.
