Transitions Hospice in Columbus, OH seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (STNA) to provide in-home care on a flexible PRN basis. You will deliver dignified personal care, monitor vital signs, and support patients and families as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Requirements include an active CNA license, current CPR certification, and willingness to travel locally. Hospice or home health experience is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Active CNA license or certification in the state of employment.
• Current CPR certification.
• One (1) + year hospice, home health, or related organization experience preferred.
• Comfort and sensitivity working with terminally ill patients and their families.
• Calm, dependable presence under emotionally demanding circumstances.
• Strong attention to detail in observation and documentation.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for patient visits.
