Crossroads Hospice & Palliative Care in Dayton, OH is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA/CNA) for a full-time daytime role. You will join a compassionate interdisciplinary team to provide bedside care with dignity and support families.

Requirements include Ohio 75-hour competency, active CNA certification, 3–6 months hospice/home health experience, and reliable transportation. Travel to the Dayton office is required.

Competenze

• Must have completed Ohio State Department of Health competency test with a minimum of 75 hours.
• Must hold an unrestricted, active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• 3–6 months of hospice aide or nurses aide experience required.
• Hospice or home health agency experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff.
• Must be able to learn and use required clinical software and electronic medical records.

STNA (CNA) Full-time Schedule:

• Mondayto Friday, 8:30 AM -5:00 PM No Mandatory On Call

STNA (CNA) Full-time Qualifications:

• Must have completed an Ohio State Department of Health Competency Test from an accredited program with a minimum requirement of 75 hours of certification.
• Must be certified by the state as a nurse's aide with an unrestricted, active aide certification
• 3-6 months of current experience as a Hospice Aide or Nurses Aide required.
• Hospice or Home Health Agency experience preferred.
• Must possess interpersonal skills sufficient to interact effectively with patients and their families, as well as all interdisciplinary caregivers, peers, subordinates, and supervisors.
• Must exhibit or demonstrate the ability to learn computer skills related to required clinical software and electronic clinical record utilization.
• Must have reliable vehicle/transportation, valid driver's license, required automobile insurance, and the ability to safely and independently operate said vehicle.
• Travel to the office located in Dayton, OH, is required.
