Crossroads Hospice & Palliative Care is seeking a dedicated STNA/CNA for a full-time Dayton, Ohio role. You will assist with bedside care, support families, and work closely with an interdisciplinary team to maintain high-quality, compassionate end-of-life care.

Travel to the Dayton office is required and dependability is essential. Ideal candidates hold the Ohio CNA certification with 75-hour competency and 3–6 months hospice or home health experience; strong communication and computer skills

Competenze

• Must have completed the Ohio State Department of Health Competency Test with at least 75 hours.
• Certified by the state as a nurse's aide with an unrestricted, active certification.
• 3–6 months of current experience as a Hospice Aide or Nurses Aide required.
• Hospice or Home Health Agency experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the care team.

STNA (CNA) Full-time Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM No Mandatory On Call

STNA (CNA) Full-time Qualifications:

• Must have completed an Ohio State Department of Health Competency Test from an accredited program with a minimum requirement of 75 hours of certification
• Must be certified by the state as a nurse's aide with an unrestricted, active aide certification
• 3-6 months of current experience as a Hospice Aide or Nurses Aide required
• Hospice or Home Health Agency experience preferred
• Must possess interpersonal skills sufficient to interact effectively with patients and their families, as well as all interdisciplinary caregivers, peers, subordinates, and supervisors
• Must exhibit or demonstrate the ability to learn computer skills related to required clinical software and electronic clinical record utilization
• Must have reliable vehicle/transportation, valid driver's license, required automobile insurance, and the ability to safely and independently operate said vehicle
• Travel to the office located in Dayton, OH, is required.
