BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington, and Woburn is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team across multiple shifts. This role offers opportunities to provide compassionate ADL support, monitor vital signs, assist with mobility, and deliver emotional care to residents in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Current physical exam (within the last 12 months) – Required
• Current TB test results (within the last 12 months) – Required
• High school diploma or GED – Required
• Current and valid CNA certification – Required
• CPR certification – Required
• At least 1 year of CNA experience – Preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and work effectively as part of a team
• Must pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
• Help with mobility and transfers, including the use of wheelchairs, walkers, and lifts.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and residents.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to nurses and office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
• Follow all infection control practices and participate in training.
• Adhere to facility protocols, state regulations, and HIPAA guidelines.
