Job summary

A leading home care provider in Massachusetts is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for various shifts. You will assist patients with daily living activities, take vital signs, and provide emotional support, all while working in a flexible and supportive environment. Qualifications

• Current physical exam required within the last 12 months.

Job Responsibilities:

As a valued CNA on our team, you will:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
• Help with mobility and transfers, including the use of wheelchairs, walkers, and lifts.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and residents.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to nurses and office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
• Follow all infection control practices and participate in training.
• Adhere to facility protocols, state regulations, and HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications:
