Job summary

BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington and Woburn is seeking a CNA to provide compassionate in-home care. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and support mobility, comfort, and safety in a patient-centered environment.

Required CNA certification, CPR, and a current physical exam/TB test; at least 1 year of CNA experience preferred. We offer training, advancement opportunities, and a supportive team culture across Massachusetts locations.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification – required.
• High school diploma or GED – required.
• CPR certification – required.
• Current physical exam and TB test (within 12 months) – required.
• At least 1 year of CNA experience – preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and work effectively as part of a team.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding).
• Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).
• Help with mobility and transfers using wheelchairs, walkers, and lifts.
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment; follow infection control practices, facility protocols, and HIPAA guidelines.
